Paul Byrne Architects has secured Planning Permission from Fingal County Council for development of a new Primary Care Centre including GP suite at Comerfords Cross, Portmarnock.

Paul Byrne Architects is preparing to lodge an application for Planning for a development of 200 family homes ranging from 5 bed detached houses to 2 bed bungalows at Kilcock, Co. Kildare.

Construction has commenced on a development, designed by Paul Byrne Architects, of 33 detached, semi-detached and terraced houses at Castleknock, Dublin 15.  Show houses are due for completion August 2016.

Construction has commenced on the new purpose built Primary Care Centre at Robinstown, Mullingar designed by Paul Byrne Architects.  This building will facilitate a range of public and private medical services and is due for completion November 2016.

Kathleen Lynch, Minister of State, formally opened the Wicklow Primary Healthcare Centre, HSE, Knockrobin, Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow on Thursday, 22nd October. Designed and overseen by Paul Byrne Architects and developed by Esmonde Developments, the centre provides high quality accommodation for Private and Public Medical Services and facilitates a wide range of health services to patients in Wicklow town, Rathnew, Ashford and the surrounding areas.
